What the heck happened to the Character Builder?

To my total astonishment, the service provider I have been using for user authentication for the Sentients Character Builder web app (MongoDB Realm) was deprecated and they deleted my entire user database. This is insane. Like, I'm totally in shock. They sent me no emails or warnings of any kind within the past year.

Luckily, all the character data is intact, I just don't have anyone's user accounts. So in lieu of the login system, you can search for your character by name, player name, or any other detail.

If this seems #%$*ed up to you, I completely agree. I suggest sending MongoDB a strongly-worded message here or by email. I've already done so myself.
